Michael Milic | President

Michael Milic is a Graduate of Business Administration from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. Michael has over 30 years of construction management and brokerage experience in office and industrial properties and is fluent in 5 different languages including Mandarin Chinese.

He has closed over $700 million in transactions and has been located in Scottsdale, Arizona for the past sixteen years.

From 1980-1990, Michael was Executive Vice President of Dome Corporation, a general contracting firm based in Montclair, New Jersey, with projects across the United States. Michael was responsible for managing all of the company’s projects ranging from $5 Million to $7 Million per project.

In 1993, Michael was President of Previa Investments, Inc. Brokerage firm in – Montreal, Canada. When Michael moved to Phoenix in 1996 he became a partner and VP Office & Industrial with CORE/Jackson & Core Realty Partners–ONCOR International until 2002.
