Previa is a private equity investment fund to acquire value–added office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties in Arizona.

Objectives

The fund is being created to take advantage of the current commercial real estate trough, targeting investments in office and industrial properties, particularly in the Scottsdale and Phoenix submarkets of the metropolitan Phoenix area. Current values are well below replacement costs for well-located properties.

  • Typical investment size $1MM – $5MM. Asset size too small for institutional investors and at times, too large for the individual investor.

  • All cash investments –(debt placement where possible) currently opportunities in the market are to be seized providing proof of funds.

  • Create a portfolio to diversify risk, stabilize cash flow, and optimize IRR – target returns of 20% higher.

  • Disposition of assets within 3 – 5 years of holding, depending on the asset. Time horizon may be longer it if is deemed beneficial.

  • Strict transparency with Investors.
